American Entertainment Productions, Inc. (AEP) was founded by Gary Henley in 1973. Armed with top-quality college age talent recruited from around the country, Gary built a music group called LIFE that quickly became the most sought after on the convention and fair circuit. Opening for the biggest names in show business and headlining their own shows, the aim of this first AEP group was to provide each and every client with a high-energy, professional, something-for-everybody musical experience.
By 1978, soon after the second AEP group, SUNSHINE EXPRESS, hit the circuit, Henley had the top two show groups in the country. With the addition of a country group, LEGACY, and the hard rockin' quintet, FIRST NATIONAL BAND, AEP was ready to roll into the Eighties.
Now, a full-service music production company, AEP is capable of producing and designing a custom built show to the specifications of any client. With a staff of producers, writers, arrangers, choreographers, and costume designers, AEP dazzles and entertains clients across the country through theme parks, cruise ships, school assemblies and more. Approaching the end of their third decade, AEP continues to grow and accommodate new clients, always bringing them the best in entertainment.
